Instructions for application

Opening:

Put the ACF for over 30 minutes first after get it out of the refrigerator. Because the ACF may malfunction if there is any water drop on it, and it may lead to inferior products due to the tensility resulted at the exceeding rolling strength caused in frozen condition.

Using:

1, tensility to ACF should better below 20g. If it is too big, the pressure to ACF will be so strong that ACF colloid will be exposed outside, which will consequently lead to abnormal peeling off and abnormal operation.

2, no tensility is recommended except during fixing;

And ACF should be kept in the cold store; because high temperature will also cause the same problems as the tensility do.

ACF colloid will be exposed under 35degrees centigrade situation for two hours, please be aware of that the ACF should be used up after opening because it will be affected by fever-pressure tie-in temperature after it is fixed on the actual machine.

Storing:

1, the temperature of the cold store should between 5±3℃. If the temperature exceed this level, the ACF colloid will be accelerated to react, shortening its expiration period.

2, If you lay the roller core flat to store, it should be laid completely flat, and the height should not exceed 10cm, or else the abnormal and other alike problems will take place after the roller core change shape.

Delivering:

Put ACF in heat-insulating heat preservation bags, in which there should be some dry ice. The temperature should between 5±3℃, and products should arrive in 48 hours, and be put into cold store at once on its arrival.
